Pocono doubleheader weekend schedule

Cup teams will enjoy a doubleheader weekend at Pocono Raceway, competing Saturday and Sunday.

The Truck Series will compete before the Cup race on Saturday and the Xfinity Series will race before the Cup event on Sunday.

On Saturday, wunderground.com forecasts a high of 78 degrees, partly cloudy skies and no chance of rain for the start of the Truck Series race. For the Cup race, the forecast is for a high of 80 degrees, cloudy skies and a 30% chance of rain.

On Sunday, the forecast for the start of the Xfinity race is a high of 76 degrees, partly cloudy skies and no chance of rain. For the second Cup race, the forecast is for a high of 79 degrees, partly cloudy skies and no chance of rain.

NASCAR weekend schedule at Talladega Superspeedway

Several weeks after it was originally scheduled, NASCAR will make its first visit of the year to Talladega Superspeedway this weekend.

Cup and Xfinity Series teams will be in action on the 2.66-mile oval.

On Saturday, wunderground.com forecasts a high of 87 degrees, partly cloudy skies and no chance of rain for the start of the Xfinity race.

On Sunday, it forecasts a high of 89 degrees, partly cloudy skies and no chance of race for the start of the Cup race.

Here’s the full weekend schedule for the races. Earlier this week, NASCAR canceled the Cup practice that was scheduled this weekend.

The Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series and Xfinity Series will have a doubleheader Saturday. The Cup Series races Sunday.

It’s almost here.

After being gone 10 weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NASCAR is set to return Sunday with a Cup Series race at Darlington Raceway.

It will be the first of three races held on the historic track through May 20, with the Xfinity Series returning on May 19 and a second Cup Series race the following night.

NASCAR’s West Coast swing continues this weekend with a visit to the 2-mile Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.

Cup and Xfinity Series teams will be in action, with the weekend capped off by Sunday’s Auto Club 400.

For Friday, wunderground.com forecasts partly cloudy skies, a high of 81 degrees and no chance of rain.

For the start of Saturday’s Xfinity Series race, the forecast is for sunny skies and a high of 70 degrees.
