Bragging rights will be on the line tonight when all 14 Team Penske drivers compete against each other in a series of virtual races to help raise funds and awareness for small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Verizon-sponsored “Pay It Forward Live” iRacing event kicks off at 8 p.m. ET, with all 14 drivers across five different motorsports platforms taking part.

The drivers are:

* NASCAR competitors Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, Ryan Blaney, Matt DiBenedetto and Austin Cindric

* IndyCar drivers Will Power, Simon Pagenaud and Josef Newgarden

* IMSA competitors Helio Castroneves, Juan Pablo Montoya, Ricky Taylor and Dane Cameron

* Supercar drivers Fabian Coulthard and Scott McLaughlin.

The event, in support of small businesses affected by COVID-19, will stream on Twitter @Verizon, Yahoo, Verizon’s Facebook page, and Fios Channel 501. The event will be available on Verizon’s platforms for one week following the live stream.

The 14 Team Penske drivers will participate in multiple races as they share and support their favorite local businesses, engage with fans, and create small-business-themed in-game experiences – all while encouraging viewers to visit Verizon.com/PayItForwardLive to do what they can to support local businesses by shopping online, buying a gift card or ordering a meal.

For every use of the hashtag #PayItForwardLIVE, Verizon will donate $10, up to $2.5 million, to support small businesses. Last week Verizon announced an additional $2.5 million commitment to support small businesses, bringing the total commitment to up to $7.5 million.

“iRacing has been one of the best ways to stay connected to my teammates and all of our fans during the quarantine,” Power said in a media release. “Being able to rally the group to partner with Verizon and the Verizon’s Pay it Forward LIVE initiative to help support small businesses is something I know we’re all happy we can do.”

Latest edition of Penske Games: Drivers draw North Carolina … or not

In the eighth episode of Penske Games, Team Penske’s NASCAR and IndyCar drivers were given a simple task: draw an outline of the state of North Carolina.

Given that most of them live in the TarHeel State, you’d think they’d have no problem fulfilling the task.

If you did think that, you’d be wrong.

And what’s with Helio Castroneves? For some reason, he was fixated on drawing Florida (it’s easier, we guess).

Maybe it might have been easier if Team Penske’s drivers spelled North Carolina than drew it?

Anyway, check out the video above. And if you want, let’s see if you can draw North Carolina.

Millennials likely won’t get this one. But their parents probably will.

So, mom and dad, remember when you were young’uns and played with a hula hoop? You know, the big hoop that you used to roll around your hips?

Team Penske decided to go old school in its latest edition of The Penske Games, prompting NASCAR drivers Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney to go head-to-head — well, actually, make that hip-to-hip — with their IndyCar counterparts: Will Power, Simon Pagenaud, Helio Castroneves and newcomer Josef Newgarden.

There was a whole lot of shakin’ going on among the seven drivers with considerable hilarity at who could keep the hula hoop rolling around their hips, and those who were absolutely clueless.

We won’t mention who was good or bad — you’ll have to check out the video for that — but we will tell you who won the hip rolling contest with surprising finesse and dexterity: Joey Logano.

And he did it with aplomb: “I can do this all day long,” Logano quipped after winning the “competition.”

In response, Josef Newgarden said of Logano’s hula hoop prowess, “He’s a little weird like that. He probably does that in his spare time.”

Joey Logano, master hula hooper? Who knew?

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will take on the challenging obstacle course tonight on NBC’s “American Ninja Warrior.”

Stenhouse was the lone NASCAR driver. He competed against IndyCar drivers Helio Castroneves, Tony Kanaan and Josef Newgarden. The show was taped in late April in Indianapolis.

“I had a great time during American Ninja Warrior,” Stenhouse said in a statement. “I have been a big fan of the show and always wanted to try some of the obstacles. All the participants were so helpful. They would tell you what they struggled with and how to attack a certain obstacle. I’m definitely going to train harder next year and do it again.”

Tonight’s show airs at 8 p.m. ET.
