Brad Keselowski holds off Denny Hamlin to win at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for his third NASCAR Cup Series victory of the season.

Truck Series driver Spencer Davis has tested positive for COVID-19 and has withdrawn his team from Friday night’s race at Michigan International Speedway, Davis announced on Twitter.

Davis, 21, is the third NASCAR driver confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19. He joins Jimmie Johnson and Brendan Gaughan.

Davis, who drives the No. 11 truck, has competed in nine of 11 Truck Series races this year. His best finish was 12th at Las Vegas. He has 18 series starts since 2018.

Johnson missed just one race, the Brickyard 400, before meeting the requirement to be medically cleared to return to racing. Johnson was cleared after testing negative twice more than 24 hours apart.

Gaughan isn’t scheduled to race again until the Cup race on the Daytona road course on Aug. 16.
