A frustrated Brad Keselowski explains why he would not allow William Byron to pull a move on him during the practice at Daytona, and said he wanted to send a message to the rest of the drivers, too.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - NASCAR canceled Cup qualifying Friday because of a lightning delay that prevented series officials from inspecting cars before the session.

The lineup will be set by car owner points for Saturday’s race (7 p.m. NBC).

Joey Logano will start on the pole. He’ll be joined on the front row by Kyle Busch. Brad Keselowski will start third beside Kevin Harvick in the second row.

William Byron will start at the rear because of a backup car after the damage from his contact with Keselowski in Thursday’s practice.
