Harvick, Austin Dillon and Ryan Newman each will miss 15 minutes of the opening Cup practice because their cars failed inspection twice before the Dover race.
Kyle Larson and Alex Bowman each will miss 30 minutes of opening Cup practice today for failing inspection three times before the Dover race.
Opening Cup practice is scheduled from 12:35 - 1:25 p.m. ET
