Denny Hamlin held off Kyle Busch to win Thursday night’s Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown charity race at Langley Speedway.
The Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown is a 200-lap Late Model charity race that benefits the Denny Hamlin Foundation, which supports cystic fibrosis research, as well as other youth initiatives.
Hamlin’s victory was his second in the event. Busch was going for his fourth victory in the event.
