NASCAR has one of the longest seasons in all of professional sports. It’s difficult to find time off with 38 race weekends crammed into a 52-week year, but two weekends are sacrosanct.
Brad Keselowski knows why: you don’t mess with momma or Jesus.
It’s not a coincidences In Nascar.

We don’t mess with Easter, Christmas and Mother’s Day. You could say the only thing we are afraid of is Jesus and Momma!

Just because NASCAR has given the drivers the weekend off, that doesn’t mean that they won’t find a race, however.
In a car bright enough to be an Easter Egg any child could find, Kasey Kahne headed to Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Friday night and finished sixth in a sprint car race.

Chase Elliott is watching his Father Bill compete at Road Atlanta in Braselton, Ga. and was reminded that the old man likes to go fast.
Hey @chaseelliott the old man’s still got it! pic.twitter.com/YEK0mu2PCN

But the racing life is not all about speed and travel. The rare off-week is a great time to catch up on chores for Ed Wood.
Curious how Big Ed spends his Easter weekend? Gigi says that the dryer won’t heat up. Three YouTube videos and 20 minutes later, well I’m not gonna lie, we’re worse off now than we were. pic.twitter.com/EFjuN8zN7F

And AJ Allmendinger? Well, he is probably going to spend most of the weekend simply looking for his cat:
Happy Caturday! I’m hiding in the covers this morning... someone is in for a surprise! 😺😼😹 #Caturday @AJDinger #Springbreak2k18 #catlife pic.twitter.com/Mk7yYCvLRu
