Today’s episode of NASCAR America airs from 5-6 p.m. ET on NBCSN and looks at what continues looking at the storylines produced by the first six races of the year.

Carolyn Manno hosts and is joined by Parker Kligerman in Stamford, Connecticut. Nate Ryan and Landon Cassill join them from Charlotte.

What to expect from today’s show:

  • With six races down in the Cup season, it’s time for the first off-weekend of the season. But which teams should be putting in extra work to catch up with the lead pack?   • Martinsville winner Clint Bowyer has long been known as one of the sport’s great personalities. He also had one of the more unique paths to NASCAR. Bowyer shares how he crossed over from motocross to stock cars in the latest edition of “A Driver’s Drive.”
  • No race this weekend, but that won’t stop Parker from jumping in the NBC Sports iRacing Simulator for some special laps.
