Kyle Larson is the Stage 2 winner at the Apache Warrior 400.

Kyle Larson won Stage 2 of Sunday’s Apache Warriors 400 at Dover International Speedway.

As the race moves on to the final 160-lap stage, Larson has led 135 of the first 240 laps at the one-mile, banked oval.

Martin Truex Jr. finished the stage in second place, followed by Chase Elliott, Kyle Busch and 11-time Dover winner Jimmie Johnson.

Sixth through 10th were Denny Hamlin, Dale Earnhardt Jr., first stage winner Brad Keselowski, Jamie McMurray and Clint Bowyer.

As for drivers on the bubble that are at risk of being eliminated from the playoffs at the conclusion of this race, Ryan Newman is 16th, Kurt Busch 17th, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. 18th and Austin Dillon 20th.

Even though Kevin Harvick is running 23rd and Ryan Blaney is 24th, they should be able to move on to the second playoff round next Sunday at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Two notable incidents were:

* On Lap 168, Reed Sorenson brought out the caution when it appeared his engine blew up. He took his car directly to the garage.

* On Lap 219, Harvick was forced to make an unscheduled pit stop due to a loose wheel. His team changed all four tires and gave him a full tank of fuel, but he dropped from the top 10 to 27th, the first car two laps down after returning to the track.
