Kevin Harvick wasn’t exactly keeping time, but he admits Sunday’s lengthy Brickyard 400 ‘seemed like six hours plus.’
Harvick couldn’t have called it better. The race was red-flagged for nearly two hours after the first 12 laps were run.
Then, the race resumed and had two additional red-flag race stoppages.
Add up all the on-track racing action and it really did wind up being about six full hours of racing before things finally ended just moments before 9 p.m. ET.
