Twisted Tea will be a primary sponsor of Ty Dillon’s No. 13 car this season, joining Germain Racing after multiple seasons spent with Richard Petty Motorsports.
The deal is for “select races,” though Adam Stern of the Sports Business Journal reports Geico will sponsor Dillon for 32 of 36 points races.
Twisted Tea also will be an associate sponsor all season on Richard Childress Racing’s No. 3 Xfinity car, which will be driven by Dillon for 20 races.
Germain Racing and RCR have been in a technical relationship since 2014 with RCR providing engineering, crew support and motors from ECR Engines.
Dillon is the grandson of Richard Childress and will be a rookie this season in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.
Dillon’s first start with Germain Racing will be the Feb. 26 Daytona 500.
