If you’re on your lunch hour, you may want to wait 30 minutes before reading this post.

Last year, Xfinity Series driver Matt Tifft missed most of the summer when he underwent brain surgery to remove a low-grade tumor.

Now he has the pictures to prove it.

On Tuesday, Tifft posted a very different kind of “Before and After” photos on Twitter. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver shared scans of his brain from before and after the procedure that took place last July.

The giant hole on the left side of Tifft’s brain is unavoidable.

Again, you should probably finish eating before you look. You can’t say we didn’t warn you.

Tifft will drive the No. 19 Toyota for JGR this season in the Xfinity Series. He’ll be the only full-time driver for JGR.

The season begins on Feb. 25 at Daytona International Speedway.
