Team Penske and PPG Industries have announced a “multi-year” extension of their relationship that includes sponsorships in NASCAR and the Verizon IndyCar Series.

2017 will be the 34th year Penske and the Pittsburgh-based automotive refinish company have worked together.

Like this season, PPG will be the primary sponsor for one of Penske’s Xfinity Series entries in one race next year. It sponsored the No. 12 driven by Joey Logano at Charlotte Motor Speedway earlier in the season. As part of the new agreement, it will be an associate sponsor for all of Penske’s NASCAR teams.

“As one of the Team Penske’s longest and most trusted partners for more than 30 years, PPG has been a big part of our success both on and off the track,” said Roger Penske in a press release. “Our teams continue to win with PPG and we look forward to building on the success together with our NASCAR and IndyCar programs in the future.”

In IndyCar, PPG will be a primary sponsor on one of Team Penske’s entries for four races in 2017 and as an associate sponsor on all the team’s cars and equipment.
