Christopher Bell leads only Truck Series practice at Texas

Christopher Bell was fastest in the only practice session for Friday night’s Camping World Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.

Bell paced the 1.5-mile track with a top speed of 182.556 mph in the morning session.

Filling out the top five was Tyler Reddick (181.855), Matt Tifft (181.690), Matt Crafton (181.629) and William Byron (181.214).

Reddick had the best 10-lap average at 173.934 mph.

The lone practice session was a result of two sessions scheduled for Thursday being cancelled due to rain. The Friday session was delayed a half hour for continued track drying.
