William Byron paces final Truck practice

Title contender William Byron was the fastest in Friday’s final NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice at Martinsville Speedway.

Byron toured the track at 96.185 mph. He was followed by title contender Johnny Sauter (95.883 mph), Daniel Suarez (95.845), Cole Custer (95.806) and Tyler Reddick (95.641).

Cameron Hayley had the best average over 10 consecutive laps at 93.710 mph. He was followed by John Hunter Nemechek (93.540 mph), Matt Crafton (93.509), Sauter (93.461) and Chase Elliott (93.333).
