Today’s episode of NASCAR America airs for 90 minutes beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN and will recap all of Sunday’s action from Charlotte Motor Speedway.

NASCAR America will now regularly air 90-minute episodes.

Today’s episode is hosted by Carolyn Manno in Stamford, Connecticut. Kyle Petty and Dale Jarrett join here from Burton’s Garage and Steve Letarte and Kelli Stavast from NBC Charlotte.

On today’s show:

• Weather impacted the weekend schedule, so NASCAR held a Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series doubleheader for the second straight week. The chaos of the Chase was more present than ever Sunday and there’s plenty to discuss. Hear from Jimmie Johnson who was all smiles after ending a lengthy drought.

• In the Round of 12, there is more at stake. We hear from the Chase drivers on how they fared in Charlotte and what they need to do heading into a big weekend in Kansas Speedway.

• It was an important weekend in the Xfinity Series with the first elimination race in the new Chase format. We’ll hear from drivers who advanced to the Round of 8 and those who missed the cut.
