Today’s episode of NASCAR America airs from 6 – 7 p.m. ET on NCBSN and continues to preview this weekend’s race at Dover International Speedway, the last race of the first round of the NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup.

Carolyn Manno hosts in Stamford, Connecticut, and will be joined by Kyle Petty and Parker Kligerman.

On today’s show:

  • The first Chase for the Sprint Cup champion in 2004, Kurt Busch will be our special guest. We’ll talk about Kurt’s season to date, the pressure of the Chase, the current state of Stewart-Haas Racing and one of his off-track passions.
  • XFINITY Series Chase drivers Bubba Wallace and Brandon Jones discuss the new playoff format and their approach to this weekend’s race at Dover.
  • Parker Kligerman jumps in the Bass Pro Shops Race Simulator to take some laps around the Monster Mile. He’ll show the challenges drivers will face, which will only be heightened with the magnitude of an elimination race.
