At some point during Sunday’s Sprint Cup race at Chicagoland, Regan Smith and his wife Megan welcomed their second child into the world.
Megan gave birth to a baby girl, Eliza Grace Smith.
Regan Smith missed all activity this weekend at Chicagoland to be with his wife. The couple had their first child, Rhett Lee Smith, in February 2015.
Ty Dillon substituted for Smith in the No. 7 Chevrolet for Tommy Baldwin Racing, starting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 400 in 33rd and finishing 27th.
