Five Sprint Cup teams received warnings for inspection issues last weekend at Richmond International Raceway, NASCAR announced Wednesday.

Warnings issued were:

- Regan Smith’s team received its first warning after failing the Laser Inspection Station three times before qualifying.

- Greg Biffle’s team received its second warning after failing the Laser Inspection Station twice before qualifying.

- Kyle Busch’s team received its first warning after failing the Laser Inspection Station twice before qualifying.

- The teams of Joey Logano and Martin Truex Jr. each received their fourth warning after failing the Laser Inspection Station twice before qualifying. They both lost their pit stall pick for that event.

A team loses its pit stall pick after four warnings. After a fourth warning, the total is reset.
