NASCAR penalizes Brad Keselowski’s team for failing inspection after Michigan race

NASCAR penalized Brad Keselowski 10 points, Team Penske 10 car owner points and fined crew chief Paul Wolfe $15,000 for failing post-race inspection after Sunday’s Sprint Cup race at Michigan International Speedway.

Keselowski’s third-place car failed the Laser Inspection Station after the race.
