NASCAR announces warnings to Xfinity teams


NASCAR announced an indefinite suspension to a crew member and warnings to two Xfinity Series teams in its penalty report Wednesday.

NASCAR stated that Ryan Southall, a crew member in the sport, has been suspended indefinitely for violating the Substance Abuse Policy.

NASCAR also announced that Ty Dillon‘s Xfinity team received its fourth warning at Bristol for failing Laser Inspection Station twice. His team lost its pit stall pick at Bristol.

The team with driver David Starr received its first warning for failing Laser Inspection Station before the race.

NASCAR also announced that five Sprint Cup teams received warnings at Bristol.
