Kyle Busch fastest in final Sprint Cup practice at Bristol

Kyle Busch swept both Sprint Cup practices Friday at Bristol Motor Speedway, posting the fastest lap in the final session at 129.684 mph.

He was followed by Martin Truex Jr. (129.587 mph), Matt Kenseth (129.386), Ryan Blaney (129.334) and Denny Hamlin (129.256).

Joey Logano, who is seeking to win his third consecutive Bristol night race, was eighth on the speed chart with a lap of 128.528 mph. Jeff Gordon, filling in for Dale Earnhardt Jr., was 13th on the speed chart with a lap of 128.022 mph.

Greg Biffle spun during the session but did not hit anything. Josh Wise hit the wall and damaged the right side of his car. His team switched to a backup car.
