Tony Stewart‘s final Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway will feature a tribute to the career of NASCAR Hall of Famer Bobby Allison.
Stewart, who tells NBC Sports’ Dustin Long how important Allison was to him getting “acclimated” to NASCAR, will drive a Coca-Cola paint scheme that Allison used in 1971 and ’72.
Stewart also discusses why the throwback paint scheme program is so special to him and other drivers.
