NASCAR America: Will Jeff Gordon replace Dale Earnhardt Jr. for Brickyard 400?

Hendrick Motorsports is expected to make an announcement on Wednesday regarding their plans for Indianapolis Motor Speedway as Dale Earnhardt Jr. continues to recover from concussion-like symptoms.

Jeff Gordon retired at the end of the 2015 Sprint Cup season and has won the Brickyard 400 a record five times. If Earnhardt is not cleared to race, Gordon will step into the No. 88 car.
