Matt Kenseth added his name to the list of repeat Sprint Cup winners this season with his victory in New Hampshire. He also jumped five spots on the Chase grid to fourth.
Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards have mathematically secured Chase berths after 19 races.
After missing Sunday’s race due to concussion-like symptoms, Dale Earnhardt Jr. fell two spots, but did not fall out of the top 16 on the grid. The top 16 will be eligible for the Chase.
The first driver not in the top 16 is Trevor Bayne.
