NASCAR has suspended Camping World Truck Series crew chief Adam Brenner for one race after the No. 86 of Brandon Brown was found to have violated the lug nut rule following Thursday night’s race at Kentucky Speedway.

Following a NASCAR race, all lug nuts must be properly secured.

Brenner will miss the July 20 race at Eldora Speedway. He has also been fined $5,000 and put on probation through the end of the year.

The P3 level violation was the only penalty issued by NASCAR following the triple-header race weekend in Kentucky.

Brown is 19th in the Truck Series point standings after competing in nine of 10 races. His best finish is fourth at Daytona.
