Pocono Sprint Cup results: Kurt Busch captures first win of season; Dale Earnhardt Jr. second

Kurt Busch locked up a provisional spot in the NASCAR playoffs, stretching his final tank of fuel to win the Axalta We Paint Winners 400 at Pocono Raceway.

It was the third victory at the 2.5-mile track and the first since August 2007 for the Stewart-Haas Racing driver.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. finished second, followed by Brad Keselowski

Chase Elliott (fourth) led a race-high 51 laps. Joey Logano rebounded to take fifth after an earlier incident with Ryan Newman.
