Sprint Cup margin of victory through four races is smallest in more than 20 years

At 0.232 of a second, the average margin of victory in the first four races in the Sprint Cup Series is the lowest it has been in more than 20 years.

For example:

* The margin of victory over the first four races in 1995 was 0.810 seconds.

* The margin of victory in 2013 was a high of 0.862 of a second.

* The margin of victory in 2015 was 0.436 of a second.
