WATCH LIVE: NASCAR America at 5 p.m. ET — Daytona Rising, Dale Jr., Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer


Today’s episode of NASCAR America airs from 5 to 6 p.m. ET on NBCSN and focuses on Tuesday’s NASCAR Media Day.

Mike Massaro hosts with Steve Letarte from our Stamford, Connecticut studio and they will be joined by Dale Jarrett from Burton’s Garage.

We’ll also have a number of reports from Daytona from Marty Snider, Jeff Burton and Rutledge Wood.

Here’s what’s on today’s show:

* Five days remain until the first Daytona 500 to be run following the completion of Daytona Rising – a two-and-a-half year long renovation project that has transformed Daytona International Speedway. We’ll take you through all the upgrades that have been made at NASCAR’s most iconic track.

* Marty will have a live interview with Daytona International Speedway president Joie Chitwood, who will talk about Daytona Rising and the $400 million refurbishing of the legendary DIS.

* Marty also goes live one-on-one with Rutledge.

* Among other one-on-one interviews we’ll have are Dale Earnhardt Jr., defending Sprint Cup champion Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer and Rutledge will do his renowned walk-and-talk interviews around DIS.
