Today, 44 drivers will attempt to qualify on the front row for the 58th running of the Daytona 500.
The single-car qualifying runs also determines the starting order for the two Can-Am qualifying races on Thursday that set the rest of the field for the Daytona 500.
The eight entries with asterisks are “open” cars without one of the 36 charters guaranteeing them a starting spot in the 40-car field.
