Cameron Hayley will once again be back in the No. 13 ThorSport Racing Toyota in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the team announced Wednesday.

The Calgary, Alberta, Canada native, one of the top contenders for Truck Series rookie of the year last season, finished sixth in the points standings with four top-five and 13 top-10 finishes.

“I’m expecting big things out of my ThorSport Racing team in 2016,” Hayley said in a media release. “Last year was a big learning year for me, whether it was learning the race tracks or learning how to drive these Tundra’s.

“I plan to build on the experience I gained in my first full-time season, and be a strong contender for victory lane each and every week. I’ll have a new crew chief and team this year, but everyone is hungry to win. I think this can be a championship-contending season for me.”

Hayley’s new crew chief will be Eddie Troconis, who spent the last three seasons as a race engineer at Kyle Busch Motorsports, working with Christopher Bell, Gray Gaulding and Matt Tift in 2015.

Other drivers in the ThorSport stable for 2016 will be two-time Truck Series champ Matt Crafton and newcomers Ben Rhodes and Rico Abreu.

The Camping World Truck Series season kicks off Feb. 19 with the NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona International Speedway.
