Today’s episode of NASCAR America airs at 5:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN will feature the latest news on Tony Stewart‘s injury.

Carolyn Manno hosts with Parker Kligerman from our Stamford (Conn.) studio. They will be joined by Steve Letarte from Burton’s Garage.

On today’s show:

· NASCAR Talk‘s Nate Ryan will have the latest on the health of three-time Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart, who is hospitalized with a back injury following a non-racing accident over the weekend.

· We’ll begin our 2016 team previews by focusing on Team Penske and NASCAR’s oldest active team, the Wood Brothers. Dave Burns will be at the Penske shop for more.

· As we get closer to the Daytona 500, we’ll discuss how preparations have changed over the years for “The Great American Race.”
