WHAT WENT RIGHT: From a performance standpoint, Crafton had his best season ever in the Camping World Truck Series in 2015. He had the most wins (6), most laps led (771), most poles (4), most prize money ($695,975), average start (6.6).

WHAT WENT WRONG: Unfortunately, even with all the wins and strong stats, Crafton failed to win a record third straight Truck Series championship, finishing third. Nothing really went wrong, per se. Truck champion Erik Jones was just better in the bigger picture. Sure, Crafton had three DNFs, which could have impacted his championship bid, but 2015 was far from a bad season.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN 2016: Look for Crafton to roar back strong this coming season. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him win a third championship in four seasons. In fact, I expect it from the driver of the No. 88 truck. He’s arguably the best veteran on the circuit and knows what it takes to win.
