One of the most memorable parts of the 2015 Sprint Cup season were the paint schemes.
The theme for the year was arguably “retro,” beginning with Jeff Gordon’s “Rainbow Warrior” paint scheme in the Bristol night race. The following race weekend at Darlington Raceway saw a majority of the field sporting retro paint schemes to celebrate NASCAR’s history in the Southern 500. Except Joe Gibbs Racing. What was up with that?
While there were many cool paint jobs during the year, these were the best of the best.
