A NASCAR driver never has any real downtime it seems. The season ended on Nov. 22 and the Sprint Cup Awards were last Friday.
But there’s work to be done preparing for the 2016 season.
Dale Earnhardt Jr., owner of the JR Motorsports team that runs in the Xfinity and Camping World Truck Series, has given a look at how it’s getting ready for next season. Earnhardt tweeted out images from a photo shoot for promotional materials related to sponsor Hellmann’s.
Part of the shoot was Earnhardt, fellow Sprint Cup driver Kasey Kahne and new member of JR Motorsports, Justin Allgaier.

Earnhardt also let it be known one of the two Xfinity Series races he’s currently scheduled to race in next season.
Just figured out I will be running the April 23rd @XFINITYRacing race @RIRInsider for @Hellmanns @JRMotorsports this year.

All of this is happening 74 days before the Xfinity Series opener at Daytona International Speedway on Feb. 20.
