HOMESTEAD, Fla. — NASCAR will crown the 2015 Sprint Cup champion today at Homestead-Miami Speedway, and NBC will have the four compelling storylines covered entering the season finale.
Beginning at 1:30 p.m. on NBC, the prerace coverage will include in-depth looks at championship contenders Kevin Harvick (who is vying to defend his title), Kyle Busch (trying to win his first crown after missing 11 races with injuries), Martin Truex Jr. (the underdog in single-car Furniture Row Racing) and Jeff Gordon, who will aim for a fifth championship in the final start of his NASCAR career.
Krista Voda hosts the prerace show with NASCAR analysts Dale Jarrett and Kyle Petty.
