Watch LIVE: NASCAR America at 5 pm ET: 2016 schedule, Talladega fallout and more

Today’s episode of NASCAR America airs for an hour from 5 to 6 pm ET on NBCSN and tackles the biggest storylines out of Talladega and the 2016 Sprint Cup schedule.

Krista Voda hosts with Brian Vickers from our Stamford (Conn.) studio and will be joined by Jeff Burton and Kyle Petty from Burton’s Garage.

On today’s episode:
· One day after the Round of 12 finale ended in confusion following a crash in a green-white-checkered attempt, Kyle Petty and Jeff Burton share their thoughts on the controversy.

· We’ll listen in on Kevin Harvick and crew chief Rodney Childers’ radio communication leading up to Sunday’s highly scrutanized G-W-C restart. Also, our own Steve Letarte will tell us what he would’ve told his driver in that very situation.

· NASCAR Talk’s Nate Ryan joins the crew to shed light on NASCAR’s rules regarding its green-white-checkered finishes.

· We’ll look ahead to 2016 with a first look at next year’s Sprint Cup Series schedule.
