Buescher hangs tough atop Xfinity points with only 3 races remaining

Chris Buescher did it again -- just like he’s done all season -- finishing a strong sixth in Saturday’s Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway.

In so doing, Buescher continues to maintain his lead in the standings with just three races remaining on the schedule. The Xfinity Series is off the next two weeks and resumes at Texas, followed by Phoenix and the season finale at Homestead.

Buescher still leads his closest rivals: defending series champ Chase Elliott (27 points back), Regan Smith (-33) and Ty Dillon (-36).
