NEMCO Motorsports announced that it has reached a multi-year deal with Riley’s Brewing Company to be an associate sponsor of Joe and John Hunter Nemechek in the Camping World Truck Series.
The company will debut on John Hunter Nemechek’s No. 8 Chevrolet truck in the Sept. 18 race at Chicagoland Speedway. The son of the former Sprint cup driver will have Riley’s Brewing Co. non-alcoholic Hand Crafted Root Beer on his truck.
“Being a fan of NASCAR, it was an honor for Riley’s Brewing Company to come together with the Nemechek father and son duo,” Daniel Riley, president of Riley’s Brewing Company, said in a release. “Being a family business ourselves, it gives me a great pride to see values and competition passed down in the family-owned NEMCO Motorsports.”
According to the release, Joe Nemechek will at some point return to the track with the company’s Hard Hand Crafted Root Beer on his truck.
The elder Nemechek, who has raced in four Truck races in 2015, has not competed since finishing sixth in the June race at Texas Motor Speedway.
John Hunter turned 18 earlier this year, allowing him to race on tracks longer than a mile. He has been in the No. 8 truck full-time since the race at Gateway Motorsports Park and has two top fives and four top-10 finishes in 10 races.
