Dover International Speedway has announced that alternative band X Ambassadors will sing the National Anthem for the AAA 400 on Oct. 4.
The band, known for its single “Renegades” which was No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart for 10 weeks, will also play a free pre-race concert.
The Ithaca, N.Y. band consists of four band members: Sam Harris, Casey Harris, Noah Feldshuh and Adam Levin. Their debut, full-length album VHS was released on June 30, 2015 and debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.
