SiriusXM NASCAR Radio announced Tuesday morning Kenny Wallace will be the new co-host of it show “The Late Shift.”
Wallace, who retired from NASCAR competition earlier this month, is the replacement for Buddy Baker. Baker passed away on Aug. 10 after a brief battle with cancer. Baker had been with the radio network since it started in 2007 and announced on the July 7 episode of “The Late Shift” he had been diagnosed with an inoperable tumor in his lung.
Wallace, also an analyst for Fox Sports 1, will make his first appearance on “The Late Shift” tonight, beginning at 7 pm ET. The show, co-hosted by Brad Gillie airs on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7 to 10 pm ET.
