After earning his first two career road course wins at Watkins Glen this weekend (Saturday’s Xfinity Series triumph and Sunday’s Sprint Cup victory), Joey Logano decided to really take a bite out of the 2.45-mile track.
As the old saying goes, to the winners go the spoils, and Logano took advantage of it to the max, breaking up pavement on the frontstretch to kick off a lengthy repaving of the track.
Here’s a video of Logano chipping away and taking the first chunk out of the old surface.
