Watch LIVE: NASCAR America from 5-6 pm ET: Great stories from Harvick, Ty Dillon, Kyle Busch

On today’s edition of NASCAR America, which airs live from 5 to 6 pm ET, we have some great stories to tell.

Dave Briggs and Dale Jarrett co-host from our Stamford (Conn.) studio, while Steve Letarte joins us from our Charlotte studio.

As part of our ongoing “Stories of NASCAR” series, on today’s show:

  • Kevin Harvick tells our Jeff Burton how fatherhood has helped him become a more complete driver.
  • We take a closer look at Ty Dillon, last year’s Xfinity Series race winner at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and how that victory has helped propel his career forward.
  • After wins at Sonoma, Kentucky and New Hampshire, Kyle Busch is now just 58 points out of 30th place, the cutoff point he needs to reach by the end of the final Chase qualifying race at Richmond in September to make the Chase for the Sprint Cup. Dale Jarrett and Steve Letarte give their take and propose strategies on Kyle’s chance to make the Chase.
