Today’s NASCAR Camping World Truck race at Kentucky: Start time, TV information and more

SPARTA, Ky. — The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will return after a two-week break Thursday with the UNOH 225 at Kentucky Speedway.

Here are the particulars (all times are ET):

START: Ron Kahle, president of K&L Ready Mix, will give the command for drivers to start their engines at 7:40 p.m. ET. The green flag is scheduled for 7:48 p.m.

DISTANCE: The race is scheduled for 150 laps (225 miles) around the 1.5-mile speedway.

PRERACE SCHEDULE: The truck garage opens at 6:30 a.m., and there is a practice from 8 a.m. to noon preceding qualifying at 5:10 p.m. The drivers meeting is at 6:45 p.m. Driver introductions begin at 7:10 p.m.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: It will be performed by Rick Schroeder, U.S. Air Force veteran at 7:34 p.m.

TV/RADIO: Fox Sports 1 will broadcast the race, starting with a prerace show at 7:30 p.m. Motor Racing Network will broadcast the race on radio and at MRN.com. SiriusXM NASCAR Radio will carry MRN’s broadcast.

FORECAST: The wunderground.com site predicts 77 degrees at race time with a 20% chance of rain.

LAST TIME: Kyle Busch led a race-high 91 laps, including the final 55, to outdistance Darrell Wallace Jr. by 1.844 seconds. Ryan Blaney finished third.
