A second significant wreck has occurred on Lap 86 of Sunday night’s Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway.
Kyle Larson appeared to have triggered the wreck, getting loose on the apron, shooting back up into Carl Edwards, who was shoved into Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s car.
Edwards came back up the track, making heavy contact with Brian Scott, with Austin Dillon also being involved.
Edwards has been declared officially out of the race.
“It was really frustrating,” Edwards told NBC. “Nobody got hurt. We’ll go race at Kentucky next week.”
