Watch LIVE: NASCAR America at 5 p.m. ET: Kentucky rule changes, first cars and top Xfinity moments

Today’s episode of NASCAR America, which airs from 5 to 5:30 p.m. ET, looks further at NASCAR rule changes for the Sprint Cup race at Kentucky Speedway.

Mike Massaro hosts and is joined by Parker Kligerman from our Stamford (Conn.) studio. They’ll be joined by Dale Jarrett from Burton’s Garage.

On today’s show:

· We continue our discussions regarding the rule changes in place for Kentucky. We’ll delve in to why NASCAR has decided to implement these changes at Kentucky, and how the newly-formed drivers’ council impacted the call for changes.

· What was your first car? Casey Mears recalls his, and we want to hear yours. We’ll do a social CTA (call to action) for photos & videos including the hashtag #MyFirstCar.

· We count down our top-5 Xfinity Series moments of 2015, and profile Ryan Reed, the Xfinity winner at Daytona.

· And, it’s only 17 more days until NASCAR on NBC Sports brings you the action from Daytona International Speedway.
