As we continue the countdown to Sunday’s Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway, we have quite a busy and varied lineup for today’s edition of NASCAR America (live from 5 – 5:30 pm ET).

Leigh Diffey will host from our Stamford (Conn.) studio, while NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Jarrett joins us from Burton’s Garage.

Included in today’s show lineup:

  • We take a closer look at the top three drivers thus far in the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup season: Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr. and Jimmie Johnson.
  • Our Kelli Stavast sits down for a one-on-one interview with Rodney Childers, crew chief of the No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing Chevrolet.
  • Remember the old “Where’s Waldo?” game? Well today, we play “Where’s Junior?” Our Marty Snider caught up with Dale Earnhardt Jr. at a fan event. Where exactly was he? Tune in to find out!
  • Parker Kligerman uses the NBCSN Racing Simulator to show us the best way for drivers to handle the speed at Michigan International Speedway, arguably the fastest track on the Sprint Cup circuit.
