Singer Bret Michaels will be rocking in a pre-race concert before Sprint Cup drivers start rolling July 19 in the New Hampshire 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

The track announced Wednesday that Michaels, front man for the multi-platinum rock group Poison, will play a concert on the frontstretch of the track. It’s a part of his current True Grit Tour.

The free concert is slated to begin at 10:45 am ET, prior to driver introductions. The green flag for the race will drop at 1:30 pm ET.

Michaels is the second big name from the entertainment world that will be at-track on race day. It was announced two weeks ago that actor Adam Sandler will serve as grand marshal.

Sandler grew up in nearby Manchester, N.H., and will be promoting his new movie, “Pixels,” which will be released in theaters on July 24.

Sandler will take part in driver introductions, attend the driver/crew chief pre-race meeting and will also give the command for drivers to start engines.
