Austin Dillon, Sam Hornish Jr. and Elliott Sadler were fastest in the first of two Xfinity Series practice sessions Thursday at Texas Motor Speedway.
Dillon led the way with a top speed of 182.883 mph, followed by Hornish (182.100) and Sadler (181.537).
A second and final practice session lasting 90 minutes will begin tonight at 6:30 pm ET.
Qualifying for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 will take place on Friday, with the race scheduled for later that evening.
