Brandon Gdovic will make his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway.
The 23-year-old Gdovic will drive the No. 55 Chevrolet for Viva Motorsports. He’s driving in place of Jamie Dick, who was diagnosed with diabetes last month after feeling ill during a race at Phoenix International Raceway.
Gdovic has 47 starts in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East with a win in 2013 at Greenville-Pickens Speedway.
